The fireplace in the breakfast room has a broken flue!!! A heads up about wedding events would be appreciated to avoid awkward noise during a quiet stay!!!

I absolutely loved the incredible Continental breakfast with fresh fruits and tasty scrambled eggs. The rustic décor really adds to the charm. The outdoor swimming pool and the garden area were just perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, some of the electrical sockets in the room weren't working, but it didn’t spoil the overall experience! 🌟

Amazing breakfast, fine views!

What a fantastic retreat! The views from our chalet were fine, and my boys loved exploring the grounds. The huge rock formations added an adventurous touch, and we made some lovely memories taking pictures everywhere.

My kids wished for a pool to splash around in.

Our three-night getaway in the cozy Apartment Ground Floor provided fine views of the natural rock face. Remember to rent a car for exploring nearby trails and towns. Breakfast, with fresh local fruits, was a good morning experience.

Oh, the dining experience! The lakeside restaurant was pure delight with delicious, local flavors. Breakfast was a feast, with fresh-baked bread and tropical fruits that danced on my palate. Plus, the hotel grounds were fine-think landscaped gardens and amazing mountain views.

I loved the fine views from my balcony, especially facing the iconic "Pedra Azul. " The rustic decor gave it a charming and cozy vibe. The spacious room with a king-size bed and a bathtub added to the comfort. The staff was super friendly, providing us with all the needed info to enjoy our short stay. I faced some issues. The noise isolation in the room was poor. If a neighbor was loud, it made relaxing difficult. Breakfast was interrupted by a call from the reception asking if we were coming down. During dinner, there was only one server for the entire restaurant, and it took a long time to get our food, about an hour and a half. It reminded me of they were understaffed in the kitchen too. It's a beautiful place, but service consistency could use some work.
